When she discovered this, she shouted, "URETHRA!"
I was 35 years old when I discovered I had a separate pee hole and did not wee from my vagina. I have a PhD and have no idea how I went through life not knowing this.

On the day of his birthday, a year after his passing, let us not forget the wisdom of David Lynch in these trying times.

“No one really dies, they just drop their physical body, and we’ll all meet again, like the song says. It’s sad, but it’s not devastating if you think like that. It’s a continuum, and we’re all going to be fine at the end of the story.”

28 years later: The Bone Temple totally lives up to the hardcore metal title with one particular scene, and then is a nasty contemplation on evil for the rest. Loved it.

Whenever I get a YouTube survey, I always give the worst, least helpful answers possible. It just now asked how many people there are in the household, as if to say, "Is there anyone else we can talk to?"

Not widely known, but--that's a wig and fake beard & mustache he wears for photos.

This is what he looks like normally.

TIL that Tom Baker’s reading of the Gremlins novelisation has an extra line not present in the book or the film, basically “frozen water doesn’t affect mogwai”.

I like to think that Tom read the rules, saw the subsequent pages of snow scenes, and withdrew labour until there was an explanation.
