Terrible disease, sad to hear that.

hahaha I already contacted a couple of friends with the same request, they laughed.
I am totally serious.

Congrats to all authors, & collaborators @hfspo.bsky.social especially #NirGov

Also thanks to those that allowed to promote our work, @dgz.bsky.social

Here, a webinar I gave @tlmcambridge.bsky.social, in case someone is interested in the other aspects of the story.

Congrats Javi @jboixcampos.bsky.social, you did a fantastic work, so it's very much deserved !
For the next one !

I loved the scale bar !

Thanks @zeinabrekad.bsky.social !
Great question, here we show symmetric junctions (angles & adhesion), but we have also played a lot with asymmetrical junctions, so stay tuned 😉
By now we found that (ofc) ECM plays a very important role in the decision-making and that focal adhesions are key in it.

Thanks !
No worries, I saw it later on the PC and could read the text to find it 👍🏽 when I saw your 1st post on the phone, the small font + no glasses didn't let me read properly 😬

Great segmentation to detect the branches !
Which is the reference?

Jaja si, tuvimos suerte, lo que se sumó al trabajo duro de todo el equipo. Ahora hay que mantener el momentum.

Thanks for the wishes, same for you !

We combined cell biology, #AI based image analysis & a mathematical model to show how migratory behaviour changes with branching

For now macrophages & endothelial cells, but we have many more, stay tuned ;)

Kudos to all authors for the effort, especially to a great Padawan @jboixcampos.bsky.social
