In a normal, functioning democracy, an unelected private citizen like Elon Musk who is brazenly violating online piracy and data privacy laws on a massive scale would be arrested and prosecuted for felony federal crimes.

And, new leaders at DOJ are forced to decide how much they're going to let Trump dictate their work.
