My yoga schedule

Did an hour of yoga came home tried to eat some dinner my stomach didn't tolerate it and everything came back up so we'll try again tomorrow

Walked four miles so far, did the red light say a, infrared therapy and I walk four more miles to do yoga later.

Couldn't sleep well, body aches. I still have 12 days until scopes and I still cannot eat. I don't know what they're supposed to find anyway.

I can't remember the last time I ate. It's been nothing but black coffee and sugar free gum for almost a week. I have a scope on the 3rd I feel like I might not make it.

In my downward spiral 🌀, I don the tattered trappings of a grotesque existence 👻. Adorned in the false splendor of madness 💔, I construct a gaudy facade to conceal the chasm within 🤯. My unattainable dreams find a brief, flickering life in this act of desperate defiance 💥.

It amazes me that working class people get turned against people like me on food stamps and government health care. I get 23.00 a month for two people but don't get mad at the politicians taking six figures of tax payers handouts. I do not know what I'm going to do in this incoming administration.
