every plant-based milk has its own flavor quirks, but I think I cracked the code: a 2:3 ratio of soy:pea (I used Silk Original and Ripple Unsweetened, respectively) gives a surprisingly neutral taste and body suitable for dairy replacement in household cooking. Try it, tweak it and report back!
