In their cowering to racist power, U.S. companies and institutions are trying to silence antiracist voices. They are going to learn (history) today. Whenever this happened in the past, antiracist voices became louder. Became more enraged and engaged. Became more resolute. This is happening now.

Interestingly, in Loper Bright vs Raimondo, the conservative majority on SCOTUS ruled just last year that the judiciary can in fact overrule regulatory decisions made by the executive branch especially when those decisions are not specified by Congress.
