Very, VERY rare to witness men—especially wealthy white men—talk so openly about grief and suffering. Have long appreciated this moving aspect of who @stephencolbert.bsky.social is. 🖤🖤

It’s well known that I was on The Apprentice. We were all covered by NDAs at the time, but mine has now expired. And do I ever have some tea to spill. I’ll post it later today after consulting once again with my attorneys.

A big problem in the US is people being unable to differentiate equality from equity.

I’m 5’7” and my coworker is 4’10”. We are treated equally in our chance to reach the top shelf. If she’s given a stool we are treated equitably. Y’all are just mad she got a stool and I didn’t.

Your teachers
Are all around you.
All that you perceive,
All that you experience,
All that is given to you or
taken from you,
All that you love or hate,
need or fear
Will teach you –
If you will learn.

Good morning and Happy Tuesday to everyone who agrees that if Elon Musk really wanted to cut waste, he'd start with subsidies to Big Oil, loopholes to hedge funds, and all the waste from the Pentagon.

For some people, routine IUD insertions can be extremely painful and take more than half an hour. Often, patients aren't offered a single pain management option. A new WA state bill would require doctors to notify patients of the available pain management options while scheduling appointments:
WA patients could soon have informed consent for IUD insertions. – RANGE Media
IUD insertions can be painful and often, patients aren’t notified of pain management options. House Bill 1077 in the WA legislature could change that.
