Not that we get tourists, but when you live in a town that's quite well connected to bigger towns and Cities you can tell when people moved into the area, and if they were born here on if they pronounce it "Bus" or "Buz".

Had to drive to Cornwall twice over the last month, both times I was awake hours before the alarm. Ended up leaving at 3:50am last Thursday, 25 minutes before my alarm. The easiest journey there I've ever had.

Hope this doesn't start happening every long trip though.
