It feels bizarre, as a millennial, to have seen the rise and fall of social media in my lifetime. To contemplate abandoning it altogether when it consumed so much time and energy. It would be easy if I thought we could maintain communities and social action without it.

So to summarize, according to #maga, any Black, gay or trans person who achieves any position, no matter how degreed or credentialed they are is an unqualified #dei hire. And any white person, however unqualified or even sketchy is inherently qualified when they get a job. Do I have that right?
