Adding on to this. I think it's necessary to be upfront and clear on why someone was disqualified, especially when it has major implications of the result of one of the biggest tournaments of the year (and the biggest tournament in LATAM). Every major esport is very clear on these kinds of things.
I really wish Pokémon would give explanations for their DQs. The rampant speculation about Gabriel's DQ hurts much more than just saying "here's what happened".

given that Rotom struggles to get set up with its diff versions, this could definitely help make it more fun and functional — but not sure it’ll be enough to make it “good”.

if it didn’t have that “during your opponent’s turn” clause in there, this card would synergize really well with Rocket’s Giovanni or Boss’s Orders.
maybe the best we can hope for is this to be included in some kind of stall/trap deck. could be good against Tera Box’s Pikachu.
