the least shocking thing in the epstein files that wont get enough attention. police regularly arrest and charge victims to coerce them into participating, often jailing them in conditions that are worse.
jesus the Palm Beach Police really sought arrest warrants against underage Epstein victims for coming forward and cooperating, and (purported) admitting to crimes, and it caused the victims to become uncooperative with the federal investigation

Casual reminder that the myth of “pulling yourself up by your bootstraps” is a cruel hoax designed to convince poor people from all walks of life that the injustices they face are a result of their own actions, rather than an oppressive system rigged against them.

So Netflix buying Warner Bros would make them too powerful so instead it and CNN should be sold to the family that recently bought CBS and 60 minutes, and put Bari Weiss in charge?

How could that go wrong? 🤷🏾‍♂️

CBS paid the president of the United States millions in bribe money and now they censor news reports so it does not annoy him. I don’t know how much plainer we can put this.

It's not surprising that this is happening in MS and LA.

The Civil rights movement lasted 50 years...and the opposition to it has worked against it every day since the last act was passed and they are willing to tear up Democracy in order to ensure an equitable society - they don't care about Democracy only Power.

On one hand we’re supposed to believe DEI is bad and a form of reverse racism. On the other, the president of the United States and the richest man in the world regularly go on racist tirades about how there are too many black & brown people in America and white women need to be having more babies.

Congressional redistricting is monumentally important. But for Black people in places like Fayette County, TN, it is the County Commn where the stakes are highest.

What SCOTUS does in Louisiana v Calláis may threaten Black representation across the rural South.
