Does nothing but erode the separation of church and state. It should be illegal for any government official to even mention their fucking religion. If a witch prayed on the Ars Goetia or even thought about it, Christians would have a cow and go on about how only Christians should hold public office.
I think it's OK for someone running for a senate seat in North Carolina to mention God

Just a reminder that if Pam Bondi resigns, the next attorney general will *also* not release any list because the AG doesn’t hold the power, Trump does. And it’s clearly *him* who wants this to go away. Don’t delude yourself into thinking the buck stop with anyone other than Trump.
