Missed the goose.

Just in case the sight of the Tangerine Catasrophe dancing to YMCA has made you puke in your mouth (like me) here's the best* song VP ever released. In the 12" mix.. with the bongo breaks, the watery piano and the lovely strings and horns. Gorgeous. Proper Disco.

Dear Gianni Infantino

I am looking forward to seeing who England and Scotland get in the World Cup Draw. Talking of the latter, here is a short message from one of their most revered supporters.........

Sincerely

Still trying to work out what kind of brain haemorrhage would induce me to tax electric vehicles based on distance travelled.

Does Rachel Reeves understand the point of cars? Or the point of taxing stuff? Who knows.

Rachel Reeves shouts beligerently like someone had to teach her how to. Kemi Badenoch, on the other hand, shouts beligerentely like it's her preferred mode of discourse: which makes her more honest than Rachel. Even though she's a Tory and I despise Tories.

That's it. That's my budget commentary.

Just curious, but does anyone believe this is even vaguely true? I don't.

Europe needs to stand on its own. It's clear that the USA and the aging shit-gibbon leading it have chosen to become the proxy for Russian imperial aspirations. We need to tell them both to GTF. #SlavaUkraini

In another astounding ruling, the Israeli supreme court orders the eviction of Beduin Palestinian Ras Jaraba village to make way for the expansion of the city of Dimona. 500 residents, whose ancestors have lived on the land since Ottoman time, will be expelled to establish a Jewish neighbourhood.

If Rachel Reeves needs to raise some money and take a bite out of the Greens, she "could" introduce a Horse Power tax. Any car above 200bhp - £10 per extra bhp : above 300 - £100 per extra bhp. Super Green, super re-distributive. Includes EV's. If you can afford the car.. you can afford the tax.
