Honestly, offer their suite free to college students for a full year past graduation to enable them to use it to get jobs. When I graduated college, Adobe products were still sold as a one-time license. I used Photoshop to land all my earliest jobs.
things adobe could do to fix their public image:
- offer the option to buy software in full for a lifetime (or ten year license at minimum)
- remove generative ai functions and support
- offer their suite free to college students until graduation
- celebrate art with more grants and scholarships
