He’s only got the one eye, so I keep worrying that this is a sign the other eye is going. All my other cats have only been occasionally goopy.

Note how the SF Standard adopts conservative slogan/framing, rebranding supportive housing as “drug-tolerant housing.” The same could be said of any apartment building, condo complex, or single family home, but the term will only be used to describe the housing low-income people occupy.

I’m reminded when my grandmother called three times in rapid succession while I was at a wedding ceremony.

I quietly leave the chapel to be informed that her face lift turned out so good she looked better than my aunt.

I want a mocha an hour before lunch. But also I should have as much lunch as I can.

I don’t think the two are compatible, and the longer I procrastinate the less compatible it becomes.

I slept so hard last night and it still wasn’t enough. So I will be a whiny baby about it.

I am so mad at Door Dash unable to find my apartment.

The building they delivered my food to has a big sign on the door with the street name that is not my street name.

My door also has my street name.

And leaving it basically on the sidewalk is barbaric. And not just because I’m hangry.
