ICE says they're held on state charges, so Federal immigration judges can't hear cases for bond or anything else. The state hasn't charged them, so state judges can't hear the case because there's no case. 1/

I was literally taught my whole life that if someone in plain clothes and a mask tries to detain you and refuses to identify themselves, you call 911 and you’re absolutely within your rights to not comply for safety reasons. What’s happening is kidnapping. Full stop.

The Minnesota shooter apparently used data broker websites to find the home addresses of the people he shot and murdered.
Congress has had years to do something about data brokers and they've sided with the tech lobby over and over again.
Their inaction is deadly.
