been a much better time getting away from all those soc meds that exploit our dopamine seeking monkey brain via exploitative recommendation algorithms + bait bots 😮💨 bluesky feels much more human and I still get to see interesting and meaningful things w/out spending so much time on it

sometimes I just go on to google maps then zoom out... then go to another country, feeling the scale as I zoom in... then I go to street view and just... it just hits you how there's like a million places like this over the globe... their own way of life, their own issues... it's honestly... insane
