I watched Wicked with my kid yesterday and boy, did that hit different. Now, my 9 yr old knows how those in power target ordinary people and make them “wicked” in order to gain and keep power.

My in-laws we’re struggling when they got married and my mil still got a .75ct diamond. I know this because it’s in my engagement ring now. If some poor ass carpenter from ND can do that, this guy has no reason to be that cheap. The only thing that would make this ok is it being an heirloom.
