It is 4:04 am & I can't sleep because I have been wrestling with Ingram for hours. I hate Baker & Taylor for doing this to us. I had ordered MONTHS out -our whole dept now having to use time-intensive hours to cross check/reorder things B & T dropped the ball on. Countless carts. We deserve better.
