True - capital that is confident in its ability to attracts a global workforce and compete in global markets, and capital that knows is only hope is in cronyism, bailouts, and captive markets

imo the 01 sakura micron is best for daily use. 005 is too scratchy, 03 is ok, 05 and up is too thick for most daily use. at that point a felt tip feels better
