I'd like to say that you should not panic if you can't see these controls. Some accounts are just not allowed to, or the feature hasn't been rolled out to them.
The important takeaway is: Dont, as a customer or artist, reveal that you're NSFW to the payment providers. That's the important part.

Please understand that all your favorite million-dollar IPs were created by artists that get nothing more than a typical company paycheck. They don’t get royalties on the sales and oft aren’t even rewarded with bonuses or anything for creating such a valuable brand.
