And Speaker Mike Johnson won’t let the House come back to work. So basically they’re on a paid vacation while Americans miss paychecks.

Last night, my team filed a motion to defend voters in California.

DOJ sued 8 states. My firm has filed to protect voters in all 8 states.

We will never back down from the fight to protect free and fair elections.

DOJ has sued 8 states for refusing to turn over their full, unreacted voter files.

My team has now filed motions to defend voters in 7 of those cases in ME, MI, MN, NH, NY, OR and PA.

I suggest that DOJ monitor the docket in the remaining one in CA.

The judge also set an initial schedule for pre-trial motions.

The first set is expected by Oct. 12. Per Comey’s defense counsel, that batch will include motions to dismiss for selective and vindictive prosecution, as well as a motion challenging the legality of Halligan’s appointment as US attorney

Trump regime will increase the number of jobs people with disabilities over 50 can do so they can deny Social Security Disability Benefits.

Maybe people can theoretically do these jobs, but with prejudice against disability & agism, they can’t get them.

I used to visit the USA quite regularly. It's just a 10 minute trip which we'd take for restaurants, sporting events, concerts, shopping or other forms of entertainment. I'd estimate several thousands of dollars per year for decades. Not any more.
