When did people get so nosy? 🤔
Wow.. @safety.bsky.app used to be such a nice place where people can share their opinions in safety.

When did everyone become so bossy and use threats?

Guess I chose the wrong place to market my business.

Or maybe, I should just stay in government assistance the rest of my life?🤔🤯💔

Using AI...

I'm damned if I do ..damned if I don't...sheesh

It's the 21st century...things are changing...time to embrace it.

If they didn't embrace the Industrial Revolution, would we be here to argue this point? Just saying.

I use AI for many things, cause I'm poor ,mobility & speech issues.

Good morning! With all the crappy weather I've been having...it seems like it's been a long time since I've seen a sunrise.
Afraid my phone camera doesn't do it justice.

Oh, nothing, I just found out that there's now an actual minor planet with my name on it, and I am (literally!) over the moon about that fact:

A Minor Planet, a Major Thrill
Our solar system has eight major planets, nine if you believe that Pluto Was Wronged. It also has literally thousands of minor planets, which are also colloquially known as asteroids, many of which…

Woops .. thanks for the reminder. Sometimes, I forget to check when the book was written. 😏📚💙🖖
This was originally published in 2010, so it is not in fact based on the current resident of the White House, no matter how well the title might fit him. Also, the White House in the story is run rather better than the one we have at the moment.

With all the crapola going on...I highly recommend this book. The President's name is different...but we all know who it's based on. 😏 It's absolutely hilarious. 🖖😂

Hey @support.bsky.team ...can we have an edit button please? I thought we had one?🤔💙🖖

Since, I'm staring a freelance editing business and my French is rusty(been over 30 years since I took it), I'm currently listening to this book.

This is why I love the library, you can learn or relearn skills for free.📚💙🖖

Can’t write much about what I’m reading till we’re done on the judging of @womensprize.bsky.social for non fiction - but here’s something I wrote on Substack. The process helped me make sense of how much of my reading, and my life, has been shaped.

Gwenda's post reminds me to once again start reading an actual book before breakfast instead of doomscrolling. I have a few books I need to read so I'm all set. I wrote about this too in my newsletter as a "life hack", and it really helped my daily mood.

Looking to read more this year? Audiobooks can be a great entryway, and a great way to add even more reading into our lives. And indie bookshops and public libraries both play a huge role in helping folks develop a love for reading 💕

I switched from Audible to @libro.fm last year. Not only do my audiobook credits never expire but I can support indie bookstores like @bakkaphoenix.bsky.social.

Pls consider using my referral link to check out Libro.fm? (helps me get more #audiobooks 📚😁):

Why is Bluesky asking for age verification... that's not mandatory in Ohio. And the three ways to do it should be considered invasion of privacy...

maybe, I don't need this after all?🤔😔

Thanks to you, we've been able to send £500 of books to two schools.

We're now close to the next £500 (thanks!).

My dream is to have an urban homestead one day.

What book are you reading this weekend? 📚💙🖖
