This is a very important point. Breathlessly vague headlines and summaries of these executive orders created for the executive powers it does not have. This kind of press contributed to authoritarian regime change.
It's critical for everyone to remember what an Executive Order is. It is the President communicating orders to members of the executive branch. Policies to pursue, actions to take, etc. They are not laws. They are not close to being laws. They are formalized memos to employees. That's all.

We are deporting innocent men without any due process to a foreign gulag because they have tattoos about soccer, autism awareness, and loving their mothers.
NEW: @motherjones.com reports that one of the men renditioned to El Salvador is Neri Alvarado, who was working in Dallas as a baker. An ICE agent told him they were questioning all men with tattoos.

It is illegal and unconstitutional for ANYONE to be detained without legal process.
Even if there's legal cause to deport, you CANNOT just arrest people without a warrant - and detain them without appearing before a judge.
