At risk of being rude, have others noticed the extreme irony of the National Party (self declared ‘friend of farmers’) breaking up the coalition because they oppose Net Zero while Australia languishes under extreme floods in NSW and extreme drought everywhere else? No? Just me, then?

What do these Liberal Leaders have in common?

Menzies, Holt, Gorton, McMahon, Sneddon, Peacock, Howard, Hewson, Downer, Nelson, Turnbull, Abbott and Dutton.

They all held seats that are no longer represented by the Liberal Party.

Proud of who you are.
Proud of who you are becoming. Because your journey is your power.

A gas exploration drilling rig has appeared within sight of one of Australia’s most loved natural wonders, the 12 Apostles.

We don’t need to turn our iconic natural wonders into gas fields. We need to prioritise Australians over exports.

It has been so long since we have not had culture wars or grievances dominating our politics — or its undertones — it is hard to imagine what it might look like.

It opens up the scope for rational discussion about policy at a time when we need it. www.abc.net.au/news/2025-05...

Casualties in World War II:

Soviet Union: 26,600,000.

United States: 407,316.

And the Russians got to Berlin first.

So, no, the United States did not do "more than any other Country, by far, in producing a victorious result 'on' World War II." That is just propaganda.

Catholic Schools should not be allowed to lobby parents to get them to vote Liberal. If you don’t agree with me, imagine the uproar if a public school emailed parents urging them to vote Labor. It is outrageous and unethical, and these schools should be totally ashamed for doing this.
At the request of MACS (Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools), Catholic schools have today sent this email to parents asking them to please vote LNP.

America is not a Christian nation.

America is a nation where the rich and powerful have reduced Christianity to just another tool to exploit for their own interests at the expense of the very people Jesus called us to serve: the poor, the hungry, the sick, the stranger, and the oppressed.

Voters deserve better than spam texts and misinformation.

I've long called for truth in political advertising laws and a ban on unsolicited political messages. It's time our electoral laws caught up with community expectations.
