And yeah it is hard to find those hours! And now because I am doing breakdowns I take notes during the ep so am constantly pausing to write notes, take timestamps etc.

I am strong but my mental, physical, & emotional health are on edge & I can feel my breaking point coming closer. If life would just stop seeing how much more I can take, I would be able to catch my breath.

I have broken before and I won’t break again, but man is that being tested.

Today, Freya experienced a sudden medical crisis. I found her lying limp and barely responsive. When we got her to the vet, her pulse, BP, and blood sugar were all dangerously low. Vet said if we'd waited an hour, she might not have survived.

Sadly we had to say goodbye to Harley this morning. His diabetes and dementia finally won. He was my buddy for 5 years and my wife’s cat for 12 and will be dearly missed.

Thanks to everyone that helped support him this last year, you helped us get 1 more year with him.

Love you buddy…always

Yeah that will start for me in mid october or so. Today is from just too much activity. My neck/skull pain has flared from moving my head too much (driving, talking to people etc)
