First up is the Drowned Man’s Halo. A mooring ring from a sunken ship, it grants its bearer control over the tides. But the ocean gives at a suffocating cost.

The swarm-that-digs-in-trash moves into the space of a creature within 5 feet of it. The target must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is grappled. The swarm-that-digs-in-trash can engulf multiple creatures, moving as necessary, but if this movement forces an engulfed creature even partially out of the swarm-that-digs-in-trash's space, the grapple for that creature ends.

While the swarm-that-digs-in-trash is engulfing the creature, the target takes 9 (2d8) piercing damage at the start of its turn.

When the swarm-that-digs-in-trash dies, assumes its swarm form, or willingly leaves the target's space, it releases any creature it has engulfed.

The swarm-that-digs-in-trash decomposes into an incoherent swarm made of its component parts or back into its singular form again.
Its statistics become that of a swarm of raccoons, except for its hit points, it drops all held, worn, and carried items, and releases any engulfed creatures.
