J Pediatr. 2025;286:114719 I had thought this was a settled issue, Neil Finer showed many years ago that atropine alone decreased bradycardias during intubation. But as the authors of this new study point out, there is very little (or no) data about atropine as part of an intubation cocktail in the newborn. I have a bit of a beef with the introduction which suggests that the Kelly and Finer trial mentioned above was limited, as it did not "follow recommended premedication protocols".

👍🏻 Sure there are those who say that the regime will use this as a welcome pretext to declare martial law, but they will find a pretense for that, anyway. So yes, go for it. Preferably all blue states simultaneously - there is strenghth in numbers.

Dunno man, seems a little misleading to write an article about Trump describing activity in Portland and Chicago as “insurrection” with a 33 year old photo of a burning donut shop taken in the 1992 LA Riots (sans caption explaining that) as the header on all your posts about it.

Another congrats to the Americans who thought putting war crimes advocates in charge of the military would make no difference or perhaps be an improvement, and that reinstalling a former president who ordered attacks, destabilized situations, and pardoned convicted war criminals would bring peace.
