Just bought an early ticket to All Day Hey! (which is an absolute steal right now btw)

Just bought an early ticket to All Day Hey! (which is an absolute steal right now btw)

Time and time again, this proves to be unquestionably correct. Truly s-tier ingredient
If a recipe calls for vinegar of any kind—sherry, white wine, cider, whatever—the recipe will be improved tenfold by using Chinkiang black vinegar instead
