A lot of the discussion about Vancouver's housing crisis is shortsighted. The primary cause of today's crisis is the collapse in housing production in the 1970s. Gregor was just the one holding the hand grenade when the accumulated shortage reached catastrophic proportions.

You have to understand: most infectious disease specialists generally play down the urgency of their language, unless they are staring into the really, really bad stuff.
Internationally we need to get our collective 💩together concerning surveillance, prevention and communication about highly pathogenic avian influenza.
