I get this bc I certainly did an internal audit once I understood that I didn’t have to do “woman” societal category if I didn’t want to
I realized that what I was feeling was not gender dysphoria, I just really didn’t like operating within the confines of the hum-drum societal expectations of masculinity. I will forever be grateful for that year.
