The words of Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment are clear. This is where historians come in. Bad arguments have been met by good history, provided in two amicus briefs signed by two groups of prominent historians with expertise on the issues in question.

Franco-Iranian scholar Fariba Adelkhah, arrested in Iran in 2019 for allegedly undermining national security, then released last February but prevented from leaving the country, is back to France.

TBH war fatigue is less of a problem for Ukraine when it comes to European states than the slow pace of European ammunition production.
