The Court next addresses the credibility of the parties’ evidence and witnesses. After reviewing all the evidence submitted to the Court and listening to the testimony elicited at the preliminary injunction hearing, during depositions, and in other court proceedings, the Court finds Defendants’ evidence simply not credible. Plaintiffs submitted a mountain of evidence, providing the Court with over eighty declarations, numerous videos and articles, and other evidence. Defendants did not rebut anything that Plaintiffs set forth in their declarations or testimony, even with BWC footage.

The confusing thing about the Kirk-MLK comparisons is that Kirk was very public about his views about MLK.

1. At Charlie Kirk's vigil just now, DNI Tulsi Gabbard just invoked MLK Jr.'s line, "Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that." She insisted Kirk "lived" by that line.
Unclear how Kirk would've felt about that comparison, since he decried MLK as “awful” and "not a good person."

Donald Trump's order to deploy National Guard troops to Los Angeles to quell protests against ICE raids and Pete Hegseth's readiness to mobilize U.S. Marines as well may seem theatrical.
But IMO this is a dress rehearsal ahead of midterm voting in 2026: using the military to overturn an election!

I asked the one high ranking policeman I saw on 5th Ave why there were so few police. He said “We did not expect anything like this. Don’t tell anyone but I’ve only got 44 officers out here — and it’s a great crowd, great event, no incidents.”
I have never seen anything like this in NYC. 5th Ave covered from 42nd St well to the 20s. Nobody prepared for this volume. Volunteers are holding the traffic on all the side streets. No police in sight. #handsoff
