My life's accomplishments include being a part of a nebulous group which organizes mass illegal bicycle rides to clog up roads during rush hour traffic. It may be the accomplishment I'm most proud of.

We're talking about speed cams again. Let's not expand our mass surveillance network (cams record 24/7, legislators could stop that) and build safer streets (legislators could fund that).

But, 55% of drivers who get a warning in Chicago don't ever get a fine. 46% who get a fine never get a second.
