I did this piece in 2019 about living with PTSD. I still really like it. 2025 has kinda been this all over again after January and I've spent the whole year working on calming down my smoke detector (again) and it reminded me I'd made this but never reposted it.

i am fascinated by how nate silver turns everything he doesn’t like into a bespoke ideology. it’s not that he is annoyed by HCR, it is that she is a dreaded “ism” responsible for everything he doesn’t like about the democratic party. same with bluesky.
