Remember this as we hear about "wasteful government spending."

House Republicans think the best use of our time in Congress is their pathetic power grabs to impeach judges who disagree with them. On #TheFlipSide, I’m fighting to stop this corruption and protect the impartial lawyers and judges who are just doing their jobs to keep those in power accountable.

Trump’s dumb tariffs are squeezing working families and hurting our economy.

Congressional Republicans need to decide: do they work for Trump or their constituents?

The @DadsCaucus and I are calling them out—because parents shouldn’t have to pay for Trump’s BS.

I sat down with health care providers, advocates, and Granite Staters on Medicaid to discuss how the Republican budget proposal to drastically cut Medicaid would end NH’s Medicaid Expansion and harm our most vulnerable communities.

I’ll continue to fight attempts to roll back health care access.

CFPB was the agency preventing dodgy financial maneuvers like X becoming a bank

Musk is systematically (and illegally) going after the agencies that constraint his business interests
Russell Vought, the acting director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and one of the authors of Project 2025, just ordered the agency's staff to effectively cease all operations in an org wide email.

Without the CFPB, giant financial institutions — like banks, mortgage lenders, credit card companies, and debt collection companies — will have an easier time picking your pocket.

It’s clear who Trump and Musk serve — and it’s not you.

Tax loopholes for the rich.

A bloated military budget.

Lucrative contracts and subsidies to private corporations.

These are all huge sources of federal waste and fraud, but don't expect Elon Musk and DOGE to take aim at any of them.

We're in the midst of a constitutional crisis.

The world's richest man is effectively orchestrating a coup.

At the very least, Senate Dems should not be confirming any of Trump’s nominees for any agency while this power grab continues.

Nothing should be "business as usual."

Hurricane Helene devastated western NC - we are still recovering, and will be for years to come. Because we knew it was coming, schools and many businesses were closed, leaving roads clear so rescuers could do their jobs. Imagine how many more lives would have been lost without prior warning.
Losing NOAA would be devastating. Project 2025 authors want to get rid of it because it monitors climate change, and privatize the information it currently provides for free, so you'll have to buy information about the weather and the winds (imperative for mariners).
I have covered NOAA and it’s work for like 15 years and this is brutal. If you’re there and want to chat or share anything, signal is davelevitan.26

So how does he return the favor?
He salutes the Nazis, then leads in the destruction of the Country made him.
