I’ve watched the video multiple times. An American citizen was murdered in cold blood by ICE agents because Donald Trump has empowered them to act with impunity.

As a military officer I am going to keep saying this---please stop framing this as "war crimes". There is no war here. We are not at war with a handful of drug runners off the coast of Venezuela. It's a extrajudicial killing. Calling it a "war crime" gives it legitimacy it does not have.
