I haven't had time to take a more detailed look at Ruth Chepngetich's case, but I have no reason to believe her marathon world record will be erased, since the positive test came five months later.
And she's likely to only get a two-year suspension, because she tested positive for a masking agent.

My staff is hearing reports from Head Start programs in Oregon that they're still locked out of federal funds. My office is doing everything it can to get more info and get funds flowing before providers have to start closing their doors.
