We played Clocktower tonight with the new Loric who gives players quests and I played two games and didn’t get a SINGLE QUEST, and y’all KNOW how much I love a quest, I am BEREFT.

My PAXU is winding down- sitting in on one final panel and then hitting the road since I’ve got my regular gig in the morning back home. More people I wish I could have seen, plenty of people I did get to see, foolish amounts of money joyfully spent, and success in all the games I got to play.

I have now gone to the wrong panel theatre space TWICE because I simply haven’t checked before I start trekking across the enormous convention center!! Brain!!! Cut it out!!!

My best PAXU advice- if you visit the toilets, don’t look too closely because if you DO, you will see that the brand name on the plumbing is Toto and you will blessing the rains down in Africa in your head for the rest of the weekend.

I rarely wear makeup, but have been known to just put on mascara occasionally (especially if I know I’ll be masking all day) and EVERY TIME I do, I think… I am just like BSC founder and president, Kristy Thomas.

Never as early as I intended, but I’m hitting the road for PAXU! This is the downside of living within driving distance of a con, you can set an alarm as early as you want, but it’s so easy to convince yourself that you don’t need to rush…

Came out of the theatre and the Candice Suite was on the radio and I’ve never been more thrilled.
I’m going to need the universe to contrive at least one more opportunity for me to sing the full Make Our Garden Grow again.
