Am I the only one who is concerned when someone is too impressed with AI. I get it, it’s cool but this is not some magic wand that can do everything people list.

Somalis who are obsessed with tribes irritate me. Our country is ruined and you are holding on to this backward ideology. We can celebrate each others tribes and their respective histories but their is a limit. Too many people take it too far.

I care about the economy too but I won’t vote for inhumane laws. Caring about the economy then voting Republican never made sense anyway.

A lot of urban planning practices are rooted in racism.

Abolish minimum parking mandates!! We waste so much space and stifle developments.
If Penn Station had to adhere to Draper, UT's parking requirements, the minimum amount of parking needed would be 90,000 parking spaces. If laid out, the parking lot would cover 108 city blocks and would take 27 minutes, or an 11-minute subway ride, to get from end to end.

For obvious reasons we need flood-sensitive zoning. As climate change intensifies, there are areas that will face greater risks because of poor planning decisions in the past. Some areas are not suitable for the type of developments we put on them.

Glad to see my region and tribe in Somalia fighting Al-Shabab. We must get rid of these demons who have slaughtered countless innocent civilians.

Ok 18 months until mid terms, let’s make good decisions at the ballot box in the midterms. We can do it! If we get a large enough majority that can help curb things.

This time yesterday, Iran had enriched uranium sufficient to make 10 nuclear weapons, if and when it decided to go down that route.
Today, they are exactly in the same place, they have good reasons to move to weaponisation, and no one knows where that uranium is.

It’s just absurd at this point and so many just keep letting it slide. Having compassion for Palestinians has become a crime.

Atp simply saying you don't want kids in Gaza to be killed or starved gets you the anti-semtic label. What a sick and pathetic world we will live in.

That Lander is too progressive for some people simply because he's acknowledged the humanity of Palestinians and has called for a ceasefire gives the game away. Nothing but unconditional support for Israel is enough for them, even though we have decades of evidence that it's made no one safer.
If you think that Zohran doesn’t have the experience yet, you back Lander, who does, or Adrienne Adams, who also does. You don’t turn to a washed up sex pest who doesn’t even live here and has a track record of bringing about the deaths of 17,000 New Yorkers bc he wouldn’t stop swinging his dick.
