Yeah saw that. They were shooting right at people, and fired from the roof canisters onto the trolley tracks and in the Trimet shelter on the other side. No one was standing over there so that was really not okay.

I've been a critic of NYT for two decades--sometimes as a job--but I don't have monolithic view. There are great reporters working there. Headline writers, not so much. This is actively misleading. By framing it as a question it takes a side, asserting that he wants to w/out plausible evidence.
