Real talk chat I’m dirt poor with an autoimmune condition. I really can’t lose my access to healthcare and medications. One month of income isn’t enough to cover my medications. God forbid I need other care. I feel like a bug that’s been stepped on and left to suffer a slow death #WarOnThePoor
