A nation is definitely functioning properly when we drill 5 year-olds for active shooter scenarios and then they do exactly what they're supposed to do while the cops seemingly have no training and fuck up royally -- after we arrange our gun laws to make all of this necessary. Cool country!

Insane to me that in this, the year of our lord 2023, the only treatments for an ovarian cyst are:
- "Just take Advil/use a heating pad and wait for it to go away"
- surgery
How is there not a better option?! This shit sucks. If men got them we'd have a pill for it by now.

Iman Vellani is so much fun to watch as Kamala. I’m so glad Marvel seems to be leaning into it and putting her in a featured role going forward. Thought The Marvels in general was very fun, if a bit rushed. Chemistry between the leads is great.
