Since diagnosis is the empirical basis for knowing how many people have a condition, how do these people know there is "overdiagnosis" other than simply accepting it as a fact with no evidence to support it? So much for an "evidence based" approach which means the opposite. See the war on trans.

I think THIS is why the England flag has been appropriated by the recent "Unite the Kingdom" march. To make it clearer they carried actual crosses. Think Hegseth and his "Deus Vult" tattoo (far right crusader reference) and how much religious right influence comes from America.

Well there you go - money can't be extracted from it by the City of London so it's not an "investment" so it must be privatised, when National Insurance is actually an investment in the health and security of the people of the country, something that businesses rely on.
