I mean, I thought this too, because he's always been extremely loving with kaya from what little I'd seen in the past. But I'm finding it very hard to imagine where we get it wrong looking at this footage. Would like to be wrong but it's incredibly damning.

Not seeing myself in the "born this way" story definitely delayed my transition, feeling I didn't fit into what I saw as the "one trans story". but I've never seen people who did as "privileged" that's so wild to me. For me it was the opposite, in worrying that I don't suffer enough to "count".
