At the moment that's definitely not stopping GPs from cancelling HRT prescriptions, as has been highlighted this year by transgender people that have rigorously followed all their rules and are now still being turned away.

Good luck, talking them around, my thinking is the justification that it has the obvious health benefits and the gender clinics rules were imposed when the waiting lists were significantly smaller.

So my immediate preference would be to get a orchiectomy sooner rather than later just to get off cyproterone acetate, which long term can't be good for me, while I decide whether to go zero or full depth.
But of course the gender clinics won't allow surgery if you have already had a. orchiectomy.

Apparently you can be refused treatment if you DIY (depsite the fact i originally went private to get a diagnosis, as demanded by my old GP).
