Good:

* Poilievre isn't Prime Minister.
* Poilevre lost his own seat.

Bad:

* Everything has shifted substantially rightward.
* 40% of popular vote and +20 seats for Cons.
* Basically a two-party parliament of centre right and far right.
* Left leaning parties wiped out.

Full page ad by the “Friends of Free Enterprise in Canada”, endorsing the CPC and Poilievre.

You can find out what mushroom server you're on by looking yourself up on Clearsky clearsky.app

I don’t know if this is feasible but I would love if @thestorygraph.com would let you filter reviews by edition. The audiobook I’m trying to listen to rn is a great book but I cannot handle the narration for another 10 hrs. Other audio reviews also note this, but the book itself has rave reviews.

Ok but who amongst us hasn’t been in a meeting where corporate/HR/a director/a manager didn’t try to sell us on something heinous like this? “Not everyone needs benefits.” “This will incentivize hard work.” “This is a thank you for those who don’t use their sick days.” Gay people can be awful, too 🤷🏼‍♀️
What the fuck?

I haven’t watched Wicked ‘cause the finger-and-space holding memes and drama kid-ness of it all really turned me off, but Leslie Jones live-gramming it might convince me.

Does anyone else feel like they’re so beaten down from the algorithms and bots on other platforms that the idea of posting original content in her is just… too much to think about? Like genuinely, I’ve been trained by IG to have one public thought a day on my stories and send everything else via DM.

A terrifying element of enduring smear campaigns as a woman in media is that your peers don’t actually care what’s real.

Like, they might act like they care to your face, or say “oh, I know that’s not true”

But many will still brush you off as “controversial” even if they can’t articulate why.
Misogyny is at the core of these types of smear campaigns targeting women, yet media coverage consistently and intentionally avoids naming it. www.usermag.co/p/blake-live...
Why won't the media say this one word?

Not only that, but I realized the e-commerce giant recently changes its policies - which used to prohibit its merchants from h*teful activites and h*rassment.

Not good!
