In the 8 years between 2017 and 2024, The Mail, Telegraph, Guardian, Observer, Mirror, Express, and Star have printed a total of 10, 430 articles about trans people.

Ten thousand, four hundred and thirty.

Trans people have been excluded from every single step. From Cass. From the Supreme Court. From the EHRC. From politics. From the media. And still, trans people will be blamed when this explodes in everyone's faces despite trans people warning, for years, that this is what would happen.

Something happened at the SC. Why did they exclude trans voices? Why was the judgment written using anti trans terminology? Why was a homophobic judge in charge? Why did they not consider the equality act? Why did the EHRC come out swinging so hard as soon as the judgment was announced? Sus
The EHRC held a party where Baroness Falkner literally hugged all the big trans hate groups (who the EHRC has been in cahoots with). We need a public inquiry into all of these shenanigans. It’s pure corruption at the highest level. As was the UKSC.

Democrats just flipped the Omaha mayor's office with ads like this. The right-wing obsession with genitals is starting to backfire.

No mention of trans people and our rights. No mention of the Supreme Court case. No mention of the Conversion Therapy Ban. What happened to Stonewall, man. They weren't this weak even a few years ago
🌍 The ILGA-Europe Rainbow Map ranks the legal and policy landscape for #LGBTQ+ people across Europe.

🚨 The latest rankings today shows the UK has reached an all-time low position of 22 out of 49.

This should be a wake-up call for the British government.

Small but important comment: let's call these 'trans segregation' policies at every possible opportunity. That phrase has the power to cut through.
As an alumnus of the University of Warwick, I have written to ask for more information on their new trans segregation policy, which was uploaded and then removed from their website. Thanks to @whatthetrans.com and @katymontgomerie.com for raising awareness of this.

It's like throwing meat to their caged zombies
There have been anti-trans 8 articles so far this week in the papers I monitor. 1 in the Mail, 2 in the Times. 5 in the Telegraph.

In two days.

They printed 4 of them today.

It's weird that the US government released actual UFO footage and nobody bats an eye, and yet the government lose their shit over what is, was or may be between my legs.

My genitals are more fearsome than extra terrestrials. Cool. Cool.

The problems in our society are not caused by migrants or refugees.

They are caused by an economic system rigged in favour of corporations and billionaires.

If the government wanted to improve people’s lives, it would tax the rich and build an economy that works for us all.

when you first come out you wonder who all these trans rights activists that the media is always talking about are. then after a while you realise they're talking about you.

Well said!
To be trans is to gamble everything about oneself on a hope of the possibility of freedom.

It is that capacity for hope that makes so many of us creative.

It is also what make people envy and hate us and makes established systems want to destroy us.

To hope is to want something better.

The EHRC shocked a UN discrimination expert by stating what the intent behind using "biological sex" is back in 2023

Of course they didn't define it - just as the Supreme Court didn't - because it is meaningless other than as a "get out of jail free" card for discriminating against trans people

I remember
hey remember when jd vance told labour they had to strip trans ppl of our civil rights if the uk wanted a trade deal and then less than a week later we were stripped of our civil rights?

In an absolutely devastating ruling, the Supreme Court has allowed the transgender military ban to go into effect.

This is shocking - the ban explicitly called transgender people dishonorable for being transgender. It is as clear as day soaked in animus.

It's as if social media is being blamed for "making her trans" instead of focusing on someone being murdered for being trans.
There’s something really disturbing to me about the way the media, and indeed her own mother, continue to talk about Brianna Ghey - a constant focus on publicising her mental health, as if she’d committed suicide, and never focusing on the transphobia that actually led to her horrific murder.

This is the UKSC Judge who stripped trans people of legal recognition - Lord Patrick Hodge.
In 2011, he headed a Church of Scotland commission to look at gay relationships. The report is full of stuff saying God wouldn’t approve - and even asks for ‘biological proof’ of gay.

Absolutely insane. Uneblieveable. "Sex Matters", one of the hate groups responsible for removing trans people's rights via the Supreme Court are arguing that trans people shouldn't be allowed to transition because they don't have rights and not having rights is bad. Fucking hell
I'm not kidding. That's the fucking argument. "Kids will be harmed by the policy we rammed through once they grow up, so do conversion therapy on them."

Lol. They released their 400 page US version of the Cass Review and refused to even name who the authors were. It's a glorified book report.

Anyway, this is out now y'all. I'll be looking it over today.
