Unpräzise formuliert und schwer nachvollziehbar. Abregelung kann aber eine sinnvolle Flexibilitätsoption mit hohem volkswirtschaftlichen Wert sein. Interessenvertreter wären mM gut beraten sich für die beste Nutzung dieses Instruments einzusetzen, statt generell abzulehnen.

I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.

This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

However, we know they aren’t. One market imperfection is the negative externalities caused by wind turbines, for example, their impacts on surrounding areas. If we could quantify these costs, we could internalize them in our models, much like we do with carbon pricing.
