Thing is, we have a problem in this country where some are not only ALLOWED but ENABLED to treat people badly. So these little articles that talk about "bad behavior" to me are bullshit. Either bad behavior is wrong or it's not.

She's a bad boss- I mean that shit happens. I've worked for lousy bosses- both men and women. The men were promoted, the women were called bitches.
